Wu Yingjie
Wu Yingjie is a Chinese politician based in Tibet, and the current Communist Party Secretary of the Tibet Autonomous Region, the top official in Tibet. Originally from Shandong province, Wu grew up in Tibet and worked for his entire career in the region. He became Deputy Party Secretary of Tibet in 2011 and served in the post for nearly five years before being elevated to party chief.

Li Qiyan served as mayor of Beijing from February 1993 to November 1996. He is originally from Qihe County in Shandong province. Li joined the Communist Party of China in November 1961. He was a member of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

Luo Gan is a retired Chinese politician. Between 2002 and 2007, Luo was one of China's top leaders, serving as a member of the nine-man Politburo Standing Committee, and as the Secretary of Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission (Zhengfawei), which became one of China's most powerful political offices, and well-funded bureaucracies, during Luo's term. In his Zhengfawei role, Luo held oversight for many law-enforcement institutions, including the police, public security officers, armed police, labor camps, prisons, and the judicial system. Luo retired from politics in 2007.
