Jerzy Matuszkiewicz is a Polish jazz musician and composer. He was a pioneer of the post-World War II jazz movement in Poland. Between 1950–58 he was head of the Polish jazz group Melomani. Throughout 1964 he performed both inside and outside of Poland. In 1965 he began to mainly produce music for movies and commercials. He currently resides in Warsaw, Poland with his wife, Grażyna.

Bishop Jan Sobilo is a Polish-born Ukrainian Roman Catholic prelate, who serves as an Auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kharkiv-Zaporizhia and the Titular Bishop of Bulna since 30 October 2010.

Count Zygmunt Mycielski was a Polish composer and music critic. He was born in Przeworsk and completed his childhood education in Kraków, where he was taught by Bernardino Rizzi. In 1928, Mycielski moved to Paris, where he studied composition at École Normale de Musique with Paul Dukas and Nadia Boulanger. While there, he served as president of the Association of Young Polish Musicians in Paris from 1934 to 1936. In 1936, he moved back to Poland and began his music and writing career.

Piotr Przydział is a Polish former racing cyclist. He won the Tour de Pologne 2000. He also rode in the men's road race at the 2000 Summer Olympics.

Edward Nowak is a Polish prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as Assessor of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem and Canon of St. Peter's Basilica.

His 2004 film, The Wedding earned special jury mention at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival in 2005. He began his film career as a video camera operator.
