Gui Lin is a table tennis player from Brazil. She was naturalized as a Brazilian in 2012 and was selected to be part of the Brazilian National Team competing in table tennis at the 2012 Summer Olympics. She was awarded 2 silver medals in her sport during the 2015 Pan American Games. She currently trains under the supervision of Pan-American Medalist Hugo Hoyama. She also holds Chinese nationality.

Zeng Gong, courtesy name Zigu (子固), was a Chinese historian, essayist, politician, and writer of the Song Dynasty in China. He was one of the supporters of the New Classical Prose Movement (新古文運動) and is regarded by later scholars as one of the Eight Great Prose Masters of the Tang and Song (唐宋八大家).

Wong Ker-lee, was a Fujianese Hong Kong businessman and politician. He was first Mayor of Taichung after the Chinese resumption of Taiwan from 1946 to 1947 when he resigned for the February 28 Incident. After he moved to Hong Kong, he founded several banks including the Overseas Trust Bank and the Hong Kong Industrial and Commercial Bank. From the 1980s, he was the member of the National Committee of the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and member of its standing committee from 1988 to 2003.

Han Meilin is a Chinese artist most recognized today for his creation of the Fuwa dolls for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Han is also known to have lived through hard times during the Cultural Revolution.
