Wang Wentao is a Chinese politician who has been Governor of Heilongjiang province since March 2018. He formerly served as Communist Party Secretary of Jinan and Deputy Party Secretary of Shandong province.

Gao Zhihang was a flying ace of the Republic of China in the Second Sino-Japanese War. On August 14, 1937, the 4th Air Force Group commanded by Gao shot down six Japanese planes over Jianqiao, while suffering zero losses. Subsequently, Gao became a Chinese war hero.

Hu Xiansu or Hu Hsien-Hsu, was a Chinese botanist and an influential traditional scholar of his time. He was a founder of plant taxonomy in China and a pioneer of modern botany research in the country.

He Lifeng is a Chinese politician and the current Minister in charge of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). Earlier in his career, he worked in Fujian province and Tianjin. Shi Nai'an was a Chinese writer from the Yuan and early Ming periods. Shuihu zhuan, one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese literature, is traditionally attributed to him. There is little reliable evidence for his biography, much less his literary activity.

Wang Laichun is a Chinese billionaire, chairwoman and part owner of the electronics manufacturer Luxshare Precision Industry, in Shenzhen, China, which supplies parts to Apple.

Empress Huo Chengjun (霍成君) was an empress during Han Dynasty. She was the second wife of Emperor Xuan. Her father was the statesman Huo Guang, who served as regent for Emperor Zhao and who remained exceedingly powerful during Emperor Xuan's reign until his death in 68 BC. Her mother's name was Xian (顯).

Derek Kok Jing-hung is a Hong Kong actor who had worked for TVB from 1986 to 2015. He filmed over 70 dramas. He is specialised in action and Chinese Kung Fu performance.

Xue Hanqin is a Chinese jurist at the International Court of Justice. On 29 June 2010, she was elected to fill the vacancy created by Shi Jiuyong's resignation on 28 May 2010. She is one of three female judges serving on the ICJ and one of only four women elected as members of the Court to date. Xue is the fifth Chinese judge at the ICJ, and the third representing the People's Republic of China.
