Hu Bing is a Chinese actor, model, singer, designer and producer. He started as a fashion model in 1990 and been a top male model in China for over 20 years. He won the "Top Chinese Male Model" title in 1991 and was the first Chinese male model to walk the international fashion runway. Since then, Hu has been the image for many top international fashion names such as Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino, etc. Hu started his transition from the fashion runway to the TV screen in 1996 and became a household name after the success of the TV drama Love Talks (1999), in which he played the male leading role. Continuously from 2000 to 2005, Hu was voted one of the four most popular young actors in China. Hu is known for his on-screen portrayals in both China and Japan as an actor, and as a fashion icon all across East Asia.

Zhang Xuezhong is a Chinese academic of constitutional law and a human rights lawyer. He was a lecturer at the East China University of Political Science and Law from 2001 to 2013. Prior to his dismissal from the institution, he was known for calling for constitutionalism and giving more meaningful effect to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China's guarantees of human rights. In his capacity as a human rights lawyer he has defended members of the New Citizens' Movement.

Lu Hao is a Chinese politician, serving as the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources. Previously, Lu Hao was the youngest provincial governor in China, as the Governor of Heilongjiang Province from 2013 to 2018. Lu has also served as the First Secretary of the Communist Youth League, and vice-mayor of Beijing.

Hung Nam is a Chinese actress and film producer from Hong Kong. Nam is credited with over 170 films.

Yang Jianli is a Chinese dissident with United States residency. He is the son of a Communist Party leader. Detained in China in 2002, he was released in 2007. He now lives in the United States, where he is a human rights activist.

Huang Yali is a Chinese pop singer who earned sixth place in the 2006 Super Girl contest.

Wu Shun (武顺) was the Lady of Han (韩国夫人) during the Tang Dynasty and the older sister of Wu Zetian. The Lady of Han was an honorable title for relatives of the Emperor and Empress. Wu Shun was allegedly the mother of Li Xian, the crown prince, and the rumors eventually led to his demise. In all likelihood, her bloodthirsty and power-hungry sister Empress Wu, who had become a full-fledged power behind the throne after January 665, ordered her poisoning.

Hsieh Chi-ta is a retired Taiwanese politician who served in the Legislative Yuan from 1993 to 2002.
