She was formerly signed with the Invicta Fighting Championships, of which she was the strawweight champion. She is also a former World Kickboxing Association champion. Hill currently fights for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. As of April 25, 2022, she is #13 in the UFC women's strawweight rankings
