Arij Lans Bovenberg is a Dutch economist, and Professor of Economics at the Tilburg University and Erasmus University, known mainly due to his contribution to the Dutch debate on population ageing, pension reforms and public finances. Lans Bovenberg was awarded the Spinoza Prize in 2003.

Michel Kreder is a Dutch former professional road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2008 and 2019.

Felix Andries Vening Meinesz was a Dutch geophysicist and geodesist. He is known for his invention of a precise method for measuring gravity. Thanks to his invention, it became possible to measure gravity at sea, which led him to the discovery of gravity anomalies above the ocean floor. He later attributed these anomalies to continental drift. He was a Fellow of the Royal Society.

George Baker (born Johannes "Hans" Bouwens, is a Dutch singer and songwriter who, with his band George Baker Selection, scored two international hits in the 1970s, "Paloma Blanca" and "Little Green Bag." He became a solo artist after 1989. "Little Green Bag" was used as the opening soundtrack for the film Reservoir Dogs.

Isaäc Dignus Fransen van de Putte was a Dutch politician. He was briefly Prime Minister in 1866 and Minister of Colonial Affairs from 1863 to 1866 and from 1872 to 1874.

Anne Buijs is a Dutch volleyball player. She has been a member of the Women's National Team since 2008. She played for VakifBank Istanbul in the last year. In May 2016, she made official her move to Rexona-Ades of the Brazilian Superliga.
