Marco Corti is an Italian professional racing cyclist, who last rode for UCI Professional Continental team Colombia. He is the son of the former professional cyclist Claudio Corti.

Learco Guerra was an Italian professional road racing cyclist. The highlight of his career was his overall win in the 1934 Giro d'Italia. He was born in San Nicolò Po, a frazione of Bagnolo San Vito in Lombardy, gained the nickname of "Human Locomotive" for his enduring quality in plain stages. After mediocre attempts to play football, Guerra became a professional cyclist in 1928, at 26. The following year he became Italian champion, racing as an independent or semi-professional.

Alfredo Pasotti was an Italian professional road bicycle racer. He won stages 3 and 9 at the 1950 Tour de France and stage 13 at the 1952 Giro d'Italia.

Giorgio Grassi is one of Italy's most important modern architects, and part of the so-called Italian rationalist school, also known as La Tendenza, associated most famously with Carlo Aymonino and Aldo Rossi that emerged in Italy in the 1960s. Much influenced by Ludwig Hilberseimer, Heinrich Tessenow and Adolf Loos, Grassi's architecture is the most severely rational of the group: his extremely formal work is predicated on absolute simplicity, clarity, and honesty without ingratiation, rhetoric, or spectacular shape-making; it refers to historical archetypes of form and space and has a strong concern with the making of urban space. For these reasons Grassi is a non-conformist and a critic of conventional mainstream architecture.

Guido Calza, born in Milan, Italy, was an Italian archaeologist whose work included excavations in Rome and at the port city of Ostia. Calza served as inspector of the Ostia excavations and as the director of excavations in the Forum Romanum and the Palatine Hill in Rome. He also oversaw the excavation of the Isola Sacra Necropolis.

Andrea Noè is an Italian former professional road bicycle racer, who competed as a professional between 1993 and 2011, always racing with Italian teams. One of his greatest achievements was winning stage 11 in the 1998 Giro d'Italia.

Giovanni Battista Morandini is an Italian prelate of the Catholic Church who spent his career in the diplomatic service of the Holy See. He became an archbishop in 1983 and from then until his retirement in 2008 served terms as Apostolic Nuncio to Rwanda, Guatemala, Korea, Mongolia, and Syria.
