Akio Nakamori , real name Ansaku Shibahara , is a columnist and editor born on January 1, 1960, in Mie Prefecture, Japan. He is credited as popularizing the term "otaku" in its modern colloquial usage. After dropping out of Meiji University's Nakano Junior and Senior High Schools, he graduated from Wako University. Along with Yūichi Endō, he launched the Tokyo Otona Club in 1982.

Kimiko Saitō is a Japanese voice actress and narrator from Nagano Prefecture. She is affiliated with Aoni Production. Some of her major roles are Rem in Death Note, Sister in Eden of the East, Chieko in Princess Jellyfish, Hiroko in Blue Drop and Big Madam in Tokyo Ghoul.

Takehiro Ishii is a Japanese former professional baseball pitcher. He played for the Japan national baseball team in 1988, and in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Seibu Lions and the Nippon-Ham Fighters from 1989 to 1999.
