Akihiro Hino is a Japanese video game designer and businessman. Starting his career as a programmer in the 1990s, he later took on roles in writing, design, directing and producing. He founded Level-5 in 1998, where he remains its president and CEO.

Takumi Horiike is a former Japanese football player. He played for Japan national team.

Kaori Ekuni is a Japanese author. She was born in Setagaya, Tokyo. Her father is Japanese haiku poet and essayist, Shigeru Ekuni.

Junta Terashima is a Japanese voice actor, narrator, and singer. He debuted as a voice actor in 2009. Notable roles played by him include Hyōga Yukimura from Inazuma Eleven Go, Shin Ichijo from the King of Prism series, Takeru Taiga from The Idolmaster: SideM, and Hisoka Mikage from A3!. In addition to voice acting, Terashima also started a singing career in 2019 with the release of the extended plays 29 + 1: Miso and Joy Source.

Risa Tachibana is a former Japanese idol. She is featured in the video game Risa no Yōsei Densetsu.

Hiromi Suzuki is a former female long-distance runner from Japan. She twice represented her native country at the Summer Olympics: 1992 and 1996. Suzuki is best known for winning the world title in the women's marathon at the 1997 World Championships in Athens, Greece (1997).

Yasuyuki Saigo is a Japanese baseball outfielder who won a silver medal in the 1996 Summer Olympics.

Takeshi So is a retired long-distance runner from Japan, who represented his native country at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California. He won the 1976 edition of the Košice Peace Marathon in Czechoslovakia. His twin brother Shigeru So is also a retired Olympic marathoner.

Atsushi Fujimoto is a former professional baseball player from Akashi, Hyōgo, Japan. After a nine-year career for the Hanshin Tigers, Fujimoto finished his career with the Tokyo Yakult Swallows before retiring at the end of the 2013 season. On 6 November 2014 it was announced that Fujimoto will return to Hanshin as an infield and baserunning coach for the farm team.

Ryo Shuhama is a Japanese politician of the Democratic Party of Japan, a member of the House of Councillors in the Diet. A native of Takizawa, Iwate and graduate of Hokkaido University, he worked at the government of Iwate Prefecture from 1973 until 2003. He was elected to the House of Councillors for the first time in 2004.
