Vidhu Vinod Chopra is an Indian film director, screenwriter and producer. His better known films include Parinda, 1942: A Love Story, Munna Bhai film series, 3 Idiots, PK, Sanju, Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga and Shikara. He is the founder of Vinod Chopra Films and Vinod Chopra Productions.

He became the third cricketer from Jammu and Kashmir to be picked in the Indian Premier League. At 17 years and 353 days, he became the youngest player to make their debut for the Mumbai Indians. However, in June 2019, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) banned him for two years following a discrepancy with his birth certificate.
Yasin Malik
Yasin Malik is a Kashmiri separatist leader and former militant who advocates the separation of Kashmir from both India and Pakistan. In March 2020, Malik was charged for the murder of four Indian Air Force personnel during an attack in 1990 and is currently under trial. He is also facing trial for the kidnapping of Rubaiyya Sayeed. He is currently lodged in Tihar jail.

He was bought for ₹95 lakh (US$130,000) by the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 2014 IPL auction. Rasool was the first cricketer from Jammu and Kashmir to have played in The IPL.
