Giuseppe Mazzuoli was an Italian sculptor working in Rome in the Bernini-derived Baroque style. He produced many highly accomplished sculptures of up to monumental scale but was never a leading figure in the Roman art world.

Francesco Rustici, called Il Rustichino was an Italian painter active in Siena. He worked on commissions for the local churches as well as from the Grand-Dukes of Tuscany. In his work he shows a preference for nocturnal effects which reveals the influence of Caravaggio and his followers, the so-called Caravaggisti.

Costante Girardengo was an Italian professional road bicycle racer, considered by many to be one of the finest riders in the history of the sport. He was the first rider to be declared a "Campionissimo" or "champion of champions" by the Italian media and fans. At the height of his popularity in the 1920s he was said to be more popular than Mussolini and it was decreed that all express trains should stop in his home town Novi Ligure, an honour only normally awarded to heads of state.

Tommaso Ruffo (1663-1753) was an Italian archbishop of Ferrara and Cardinal.

Francesco Francia, whose real name was Francesco Raibolini was an Italian painter, goldsmith, and medallist from Bologna, who was also director of the city mint.

Saint Sabina, matron and martyr from Rome. She was the widow of Senator Valentinus and daughter of Herod Metallarius. After her female slave Saint Serapia was denounced and beheaded, Sabina rescued her slave's remains and had them interred in the family mausoleum where she also expected to be buried. Denounced as well, Sabina was accused of being a Christian by Elpidio the Prefect and was thereupon martyred in the year 125 AD in the city of Vindena in the state of Umbria, Italy.

Alejandro Ciccarelli Manzoni, originally Alessandro Ciccarelli was an Italian-born Chilean painter.

Achille D'Orsi was an Italian sculptor from Naples. Like his Neapolitan contemporary, Vincenzo Gemito, he worked in the Verismo style of Realism.
