Vasiliy Sergeevich Kulik was a Soviet serial killer, convicted for the killing of 13 people and nearly 30 rapes and assaults in Irkutsk between 1984 and 1986.
Boris Volynov
Boris Valentinovich Volynov is a Soviet cosmonaut who flew two space missions of the Soyuz programme: Soyuz 5, and Soyuz 21. He was the first Jewish person to enter space, preceding American Judith Resnik. Following the death of Alexei Leonov in October 2019, he is the last surviving member of the original group of cosmonauts.

Natalia Vitalyevna Vorobieva is a Russian wrestler, who competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
