Anne de Laval, Princess of Taranto, was a French noblewoman and nominal pretender to the Kingdom of Naples. She was born at Vitré, Ille-et-Vilaine, the daughter of Guy XVI de Laval, count of Laval, and of Charlotte of Aragon, Princess of Taranto.

Jean-Jacques Guyon was a French equestrian and Olympic champion from Paris. He won an individual gold medal in eventing at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City.

Raymond IV, sometimes called Raymond of Saint-Gilles or Raymond I of Tripoli, was a powerful noble in southern France and one of the leaders of the First Crusade (1096–99). He was the Count of Toulouse, Duke of Narbonne and Margrave of Provence from 1094, and he spent the last five years of his life establishing the County of Tripoli in the Near East.

Margaret of Lorraine was Duchess of Alençon, and a nun of the order of Poor Clares. She was beatified in 1921.

He is the current President of Plaine Commune metropolitan region and represents the Seine-Saint-Denis department and is a member of the Gauche démocrate et républicaine. Patrick Braouezec is also an active member of the world organization of local and regional governments United Cities and Local Governments, and is the acting co-chair its Committee on Social Inclusion, Participatory Democracy and Human Rights.

Lily Laskine was one of the most prominent harpists of the twentieth century. Born Lily Aimée Laskine to Jewish parents in Paris, she studied at the Conservatoire de Paris with Alphonse Hasselmans and became a frequent performing partner of several distinguished French flautists, including Marcel Moyse and Jean-Pierre Rampal. Laskine also served as professor of harp at the Conservatoire de Paris from 1948 to 1958. She was awarded the Legion of Honour in 1958. She died in Paris.

Adelaide (Aelis) of Tours (c.820-c.866) was a daughter of Hugh of Tours and his wife Ava.
