Since 2014, Reid has been the lead presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC from 2010 to 2011.

She won the Miss America competition on a platform of child sexual abuse awareness and prevention due to her family's history with child abuse.
