Ardal O'Hanlon is an Irish comedian and actor. He played Father Dougal McGuire in Father Ted, George Sunday/Thermoman in My Hero, and DI Jack Mooney in Death in Paradise.
Thomas McMahon
Thomas McMahon is a former volunteer in the South Armagh Brigade of the Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA), and was one of the IRA's most experienced bomb-makers. McMahon was convicted of the murder of Lord Louis Mountbatten and three others off the coast of Mullaghmore, County Sligo, in the west of Ireland.
Barry McGuigan
Finbar Patrick 'Barry' McGuigan MBE is an Irish retired professional boxer and current boxing promoter. Born in Clones, County Monaghan, Ireland, McGuigan was nicknamed The Clones Cyclone and became the WBA and lineal featherweight world champion. He was very popular with Irish and British audiences, representing neutrality and peace in a time when Ireland, where he lived, was affected by The Troubles. In 2005 he was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame. He is also known for coaching one of the most decorated boxers from Northern Ireland, Carl Frampton, along with his son Shane McGuigan.
Charlene McKenna
Charlene Lee McKenna is an Irish actress. Born in Glaslough, County Monaghan, she became a household name and face in Ireland after starring as Jennifer in the television series Pure Mule in 2005. She has had numerous other roles in television dramas in Ireland, including Raw, Single-Handed 2 and Whistleblower. She won the Best Actress (Television) award at the Irish Film and Television Awards in 2009 for Raw and won the Outstanding Actress in a Mini-Series award for her role in Whistleblower at the Monte Carlo Television Festival in June 2009.
Kevin McBride
Kevin Martin McBride is an Irish retired professional boxer who is best known for defeating Mike Tyson in 2005, in what would be the latter's final fight. As an amateur, McBride competed for Ireland at the 1992 Summer Olympics. He is married to Danielle Curran. The couple share two children, a daughter and son.
Patrick Kavanagh
Patrick Kavanagh was an Irish poet and novelist. His best-known works include the novel Tarry Flynn, and the poems "On Raglan Road" and "The Great Hunger". He is known for his accounts of Irish life through reference to the everyday and commonplace. He also played as a goalkeeper for his local Gaelic football club.

Patrick McCabe
Patrick McCabe is an Irish writer. Known for his mostly dark and violent novels set in contemporary—often small-town—Ireland, McCabe has been twice shortlisted for the Booker Prize, for The Butcher Boy (1992) and Breakfast on Pluto (1998), both of which have been made into films.
Seán Gallagher
Seán Diarmiud Gallagher is an Irish businessman and reality television personality. He was a co-founder in 2000 of Smarthomes, which after initial success, failed in 2008–2010, and Gallagher departed in 2010–11. He was as a panellist on RTÉ's Dragons' Den from 2009–2011. Gallagher was an active member of Fianna Fáil for 30 years from 1981–2011, and sat on its National Executive twice. He spent much of his career before Smarthomes working in Fianna Fáil, and in the Irish public service. Gallagher failed in his 2011 presidential election bid, in which, despite his Fianna Fáil history, he stood as an Independent candidate, and finished second to Michael D. Higgins. Gallagher came third in a second 2018 presidential election bid.
