Nico Sijmens is a retired Belgian road racing cyclist, who competed professionally between 2001 and 2014. Sijmens rodes for the Vlaanderen–T Interim, Landbouwkrediet–Tönissteiner, Cofidis and Wanty–Groupe Gobert teams over his career.

Meyrem Almaci is a Turkish-Belgian politician from Flanders and member of the ecological party Groen. On 10 June 2007, she was elected into the Belgian Chamber of Representatives for the first time. In 2010, she was re-elected. Since 2014 she's also the president of Groen. She is the leader of Groen in the Belgian Chamber of Representatives.

Patrick Stevens is a retired sprinter from Belgium. He won the bronze medal in the 200 metres at the 1994 European Championships in Helsinki and a silver medal in the 200 m at the 2000 European Indoor Championships. He earned selection for four consecutive Olympic Games for his native country, although he was unable to compete at Sydney 2000 due to injury. His best result was seventh in the famous Michael Johnson 1996 200m WR final in Atlanta. He has also competed in four World Championships, between 1993 and 1999, finishing eighth in the 1997 200 m final.

Hans Emiel Aloysius Bruyninckx is a Belgian political scientist and international relations scholar specialized in international environmental governance and European environmental politics. He has headed the European Environment Agency since 2013. While in this position, he is on leave from his posts as Professor of International Relations and Global Environmental Governance, Institute for International and European Policy; and Director, Research Institute for Work and Society, both at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

Edward Theuns is a Belgian racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Trek–Segafredo. He rode for his national team at the 2014 UCI Road World Championships.
