Michaś Klimkovič was a Belarusian poet, librettist, and author. He wrote the lyrics to the Anthem of the Byelorussian SSR, and co-wrote the lyrics to the Anthem of the Republic of Belarus.

Alexander Leonidovich Andrijevsky is a Belarusian former professional ice hockey player who played one game in the National Hockey League for the Chicago Blackhawks. He is currently the head coach for Admiral Vladivostok of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).

Gennady Korotkevich is a Belarusian competitive programmer who has won major international competitions since the age of 11, as well as numerous national competitions. His top accomplishments include six consecutive gold medals in the International Olympiad in Informatics as well as the world championship in the 2013 and 2015 International Collegiate Programming Contest World Finals. As of January 2021, Gennady is the highest-rated programmer at Codeforces, CodeChef, Topcoder, AtCoder and HackerRank.

Ihar Alyaksandravich Losik is a Belarusian blogger and consultant of the Belarusian section of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. Since June 25, 2020 he is held in prison by Belarusian authorities. Viasna Human Rights Centre and Amnesty International recognize him as a political prisoner.

Nastassia Siarheyeuna Mironchyk-Ivanova is a Belarusian long jumper. In 2011, she became known for missing the World Championships gold medal because of her hair style. Her pony-tail left a mark in the sand well behind her body's 6.90 m mark.
