Jonas Koch is a German cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Intermarché–Wanty–Gobert Matériaux. In August 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Vuelta a España. In August 2020, he was named in the startlist for the 2020 Tour de France.

Martin Kobler is a former German career diplomat who served as a German Ambassador to Pakistan. He also served as Special Representative, Head of United Nations Support Mission in Libya from November 4th 2015 to June 22nd of 2017. He also previously served as Special Representative for the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Head of the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUSCO) by the United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in June 2013. In this capacity, he headed more than 20,000 peacekeepers in the country.
