He has been working in films since 1978 and is well known for his negative roles in various Ram Gopal Varma films, particularly Satya, Ab Tak Chhappan and Sarkar. He has acted in around 250 Movies in Telugu and Hindi.

Daggubati Ramanaidu was an Indian film producer and the founder of Suresh Productions known for his work in Telugu cinema. He was placed in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most films produced by an individual, with more than 150 films in 13 Indian languages. He also served as a member of parliament for the Bapatla constituency of Guntur District in the 13th Lok Sabha from 1999 to 2004.

Kasu Brahmananda Reddy was the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, India, from 29 February 1964 to 30 September 1971. On 3 June 1977, he was elected president of the Indian National Congress.
