On 8 January 2018, during Theresa May's Cabinet reshuffle, Bradley was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Conservative Party for Youth. He resigned his role on 10 July 2018 in protest against May's strategy in relation to Brexit. He is also the chairman of Blue Collar Conservatives.

In 2014, Sidhu was the World record holder in the 10-metre air pistol event with a final score of 203.8. Sidhu is right handed and is right eye dominant.
