Carolin Emcke is a German author and journalist who worked for Der Spiegel from 1998 to 2006, often writing from areas of conflicts. From 2007 to 2014, she worked as an international reporter for DIE ZEIT. Her book Echoes of Violence – Letters from a War Reporter was published in 2007 at Princeton University Press. In 2008, she published Stumme Gewalt, in 2013 How We Desire, in 2016 Against Hate, and in 2019 Yes means yes and.... Carolin Emcke was honoured with several awards such as the Friedenspreis des Deutschen Buchhandels in 2016, and a Verdienstorden der Bundesrepublik Deutschland in 2017.

Edward Theodore Riley is an American singer, songwriter, record producer and multi-instrumentalist credited with the creation of the new jack swing genre. Riley credits Barry Michael Cooper with giving the genre its name.

She also voices Mipple in the original Futari wa Pretty Cure, Sally Yoshinaga in The Brave Express Might Gaine, Paffy Pafuricia in Haō Taikei Ryū Knight, Relena Peacecraft in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Ayumi Himekawa in Glass Mask, Riku and Diva in Blood+, Longlong in Shizuku-chan and Kohaku in Inuyasha. In video games, she voices Annie Barrs in Tales of series, and has dubbed for Anakin Skywalker and Harry Potter in some of the live-action films and video games. She is also known for being the voice of Spyro the Dragon in the Spyro video games, which she retired from in 2000. On June 29, 2018, Akiko Yajima retired from her career as Shinnosuke Nohara's voice actress and newly announced that Yumiko Kobayashi took over the role as Shinnosuke Nohara.
