Dmitry Viktorovich Kochnev is a Russian army general. From June 2015 to May 2016, he was the head of the Russian Presidential Security Service and as acting head from June to December 2015. Since 26 May 2016, he has been the Director of the Federal Protective Service. He was promoted to the rank of army general in early June 2021.

Hugh Peter Martin Donnelly is a motor racing driver from Belfast, Northern Ireland. He competed in Formula Three and Formula 3000 where he won 3 races. In the 1988 International Formula 3000 season he placed third despite only competing in the final five rounds of the championship. He raced in Formula One in 1989 and 1990, until a serious crash during qualifying at the Jerez circuit ended his Formula One career. After leaving F1, he has been a prominent driving coach and retains an association with Lotus Cars.

Mauro Gianetti is a Swiss directeur sportif, and a former rider in professional road bicycle racing. Gianetti was employed as team manager for the Saunier Duval–Prodir cycling team throughout its existence between 2004 and 2011.
