John R. Bass
John Rodney Bass II is an American diplomat, who served as the United States Ambassador to Afghanistan from 2017 to 2020. He was the U.S. ambassador to Turkey 2014–2017 and the U.S. ambassador to Georgia 2009–2012.
Ergün Poyraz
Ergün Poyraz is a best-selling and prolific Turkish author known for his controversial books about the ruling Justice and Development Party, the Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen, and people associated with them. He is best known for his 2007 book Children of Moses, which accused Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his wife of being secret Jews and of cooperating with Israeli intelligence to undermine Turkish secularism. He was arrested in 2007 and was a defendant in the Ergenekon trials; on 5 August 2013, he was sentenced to 29 years in prison.

Manuel Marrero Cruz, also known as Manuel Marrero, is a Cuban politician currently serving as the Prime Minister of Cuba, and the first since Cuba resurrected the office of the Prime Minister in December 2019 after the 43-year abolishment of the position from 1976 to 2019. The last Prime Minister before the abolishment in 1976 was Fidel Castro. Marrero is the first person to hold the position of Prime Minister of Cuba in 43 years. A member of the Communist Party of Cuba, he served as the country's long-time Minister of Tourism from 2004 until his appointment to the office of Prime Minister in December 2019. During his tenure as tourism minister, Cuban tourism witnessed massive resilience. Marrero is an architect and worked in Gaviota, the tourism arm of the Cuban military, where he also held the rank of colonel.

Erwin Arnada is an Indonesian journalist and filmmaker. Born to a devout Muslim family in Jakarta, Arnada became interested in journalism in 1984, and, after a time as a photographer, he interned at the weekly Editor. Beginning in 1990 he took editorial roles in various print media, including the controversial tabloid Monitor. Arnada entered cinema in 2000, producing several films for Rexinema.
