Ilya Iosifovich Kabakov, is a Russian–American conceptual artist, born in Dnipropetrovsk in what was then the Ukrainian SSR of the Soviet Union. He worked for thirty years in Moscow, from the 1950s until the late 1980s. He now lives and works on Long Island, United States.

Ursula Fuchs was a German writer of children's books. In 1980 she received the Deutscher Jugendliteraturpreis for Emma oder die unruhige Zeit. In 1983, Wiebke und Paul was nominated for the Deutschen Jugendliteraturpreises. In 1984 she received the Silberne Feder from the German Medical Association. Some books were translated, such as Emma oder die unruhige Zeit.

Kamal Ganzouri
Kamal Ganzouri is an Egyptian economist who served as Prime Minister of Egypt from 7 December 2011 to 24 July 2012. He previously served as prime minister from 1996 to 1999. He came to power in 1996 succeeding Atef Sedki, and was in turn succeeded by Atef Ebeid in 1999. He was branded Minister of the Poor and the Opposition Minister because of his way of dealing with limited income people and the opposition. Before becoming prime minister, Ganzouri served as Minister of Planning and International Cooperation. On 24 November 2011, Egypt's military rulers appointed him as prime minister. He was sworn in and took office on 7 December 2011.
