Mankiewicz had a long Hollywood career, and set a record by winning a pair of writing and directing Academy Awards two years in a row. He won the Academy Award for Best Director and the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay for A Letter to Three Wives (1949), and both the Academy Award for Best Director and Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay for All About Eve (1950), the latter of which was nominated for 14 Academy Awards and won six.

Jordan Matthew Barrett is a New Zealand rugby union player who currently plays as a utility back internationally for New Zealand's All Blacks, and for the Hurricanes in the Super Rugby competition. Having previously been an apprentice for the All Black squad in 2016, Barrett was first selected for New Zealand in 2017, making his debut against Samoa in a warm-up test prior to the British and Irish Lions series.
