Carolyn Jean Cheeks Kilpatrick is a former American politician who was U.S. Representative for Michigan's 13th congressional district from 1997 to 2011. She is a member of the Democratic Party. In August 2010 she lost the Democratic primary election to Hansen Clarke, who replaced her in January 2011 after winning the 2010 general election. Kilpatrick is also the mother of former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick.

Hattie Mae Winston is an American film, television and Broadway actress best known for her role as Margaret Wyborn on Becker and as a prominent cast member of the PBS children's series The Electric Company.

Samuel Webb is an American activist and political leader, who served as the Chairman of the Communist Party USA from 2000 to 2014, succeeding the party's longest running leader Gus Hall. Webb did not accept nomination to be reelected as chairman at the 30th National Convention in 2014, at which John Bachtell was elected the party's new chairman. Webb continued to serve on the party's National Committee until 2016 when he renounced his party membership and joined the Democratic Party.

Reeve Morrow Lindbergh is an American author from Caledonia County, Vermont who grew up in Darien, Connecticut as the daughter of aviator Charles Lindbergh (1902-1974) and author Anne Morrow Lindbergh (1906-2001). She graduated from Radcliffe College in 1968.
