Vladimir Churov
Vladimir Yevgenyevich Churov is a Russian official and politician. From March 2007 to March 2016, he served a member and the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Russia. Since June 2016 he has been working as an Ambassador for Special Tasks at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
