Sergey Kozlov
Sergey Ivanovich Kozlov was appointed the Prime Minister of the unrecognized Luhansk People's Republic on 25 December 2015. He is a major general of the People's Militia of Donbass. Kozlov succeeded Gennadiy Tsypkalov.
