Phil Woolas
Philip James Woolas is a British environmental consultant, political lobbyist and former television producer and politician who served as Minister of State for the Treasury and Minister of State for Borders and Immigration from 2008 to 2010. A member of the Labour Party, he was Member of Parliament (MP) for Oldham East and Saddleworth from 1997 to 2010.
