Necla Hibetullah Sultan was an Ottoman princess, the daughter Şehzade Ömer Faruk, the son of last caliph of the Abdulmejid II and Şehsuvar Hanım. Her mother was Sabiha Sultan, daughter of Sultan Mehmed VI and Nazikeda Kadın.
