Mahmud Muhtar Pasha
Mahmud Muhtar Pasha, known as Mahmut Muhtar Katırcıoğlu since 1934, was an Ottoman-born Turkish military officer and diplomat, the son of the Grand Vizier Ahmed Muhtar Pasha.
