Gennady Zhidko
Colonel General Gennady Valeryevich Zhidko, is an Uzbek-born Russian military leader who commands the Eastern Military District since 3 November 2018. He was awarded the title Hero of the Russian Federation in 2017. He is a colonel general as of 2020.
