Carlos Padilla is a Filipino politician from Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. He is currently serving his second term as the Governor of Nueva Vizcaya. Padilla was elected to his first term as Governor in 2016 and was re-elected in 2019.
