Benjamin Ashenafi Gordon is a British-American former professional basketball player. Gordon played for 11 seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA), and he played college basketball for the University of Connecticut, where he won a national championship in 2004.

Zhou Qi is a Chinese professional basketball player who plays for the Xinjiang Flying Tigers of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA). He has also played as a Center (basketball) for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was then waived by Houston Rockets on December 17, 2018 and signed with Xinjiang Flying Tigers on August 13, 2019.

Thomas Henry Nobis Jr. was an American football linebacker who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 11 seasons with the Atlanta Falcons. He played college football at the University of Texas and was the first overall selection in the 1966 NFL draft.

Gabriela Beatriz Sabatini is an Argentine former professional tennis player. She was one of the leading players from the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s, amassing 41 titles and achieving a career-high ranking of 3 in both singles and doubles. In singles, Sabatini won the US Open in 1990, the WTA Finals in 1988 and 1994, and was runner-up at Wimbledon 1991, US Open 1988 and silver medalist at the 1988 Olympics. In doubles, she won Wimbledon in 1988 with Steffi Graf, and reached three French Open finals. Among Open Era players who did not reach world no. 1 themselves, Sabatini retains the record for accumulating the most wins over reigning world no. 1 ranked players. In 2006, she was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame and in 2018 Tennis Magazine ranked her as the 20th-greatest player of the preceding 50 years.

Matthew Thomas Ritchie is a professional footballer who plays as a winger for Premier League club Newcastle United and the Scotland national team. He previously played for Portsmouth, Swindon Town and Bournemouth. He joined Newcastle United in 2016.

Craig Douglas Bellamy is a Welsh former professional footballer who played as a forward. Born in Cardiff, Bellamy began his career with Norwich City, where he made his professional debut in 1996. He went on to play for Coventry City and Newcastle United in the Premier League, becoming the record signing for the former. He was relegated in his single season with Coventry before achieving two top-four finishes during his four years with Newcastle. Bellamy fell out with manager Graeme Souness in 2005 and spent the latter part of the 2004–05 season on loan at Celtic, where he won the Scottish Cup.
