Sir David Dalrymple, 1st Baronet, of Hailes was a Scottish advocate and politician who sat in the Parliament of Scotland from 1698 to 1707 and in the British House of Commons from 1707 to 1721. He served as Lord Advocate, and eventually Auditor of the Exchequer in Scotland in 1720.

Sir John Dalzell, 2nd Baronet was a Scottish politician. He was the son of Sir Robert Dalzell, 1st Baronet and Violet Riddell.

Sir John Curzon, 1st Baronet of Kedleston Hall in Derbyshire was an English politician and landowner who served as an Member of Parliament from 1628 to 1629, then 1640 to 1648. A devout Presbyterian, he supported the Parliamentarian cause during the First English Civil War, but was excluded by Pride's Purge in 1648.

Sir Danvers Osborn, 3rd Baronet, served briefly in 1753 as colonial governor of New York Province. During the Jacobite Uprising, he had raised and commanded troops in support of the king. He later served as a Member of Parliament from Bedfordshire (1747–1753). In 1750, he traveled to Nova Scotia and was part of the Nova Scotia Council. He had a history of melancholia, as it was then called, and committed suicide in New York shortly after taking office.

Sir William Earle Welby, 1st Baronet was a British land-owner, baronet and Member of Parliament for Grantham from 1802 to 1806. He also served as High Sheriff of Lincolnshire from 1796 to 1797.
