Rodolfo Acosta R. is a Colombian composer, performer, improviser and professor of music.

Rodolfo Muller was an Italian racing cyclist and sports journalist. He finished sixth in the 1898 Paris–Roubaix, but his best season was 1902 with podium finishes in Bordeaux-Paris, Marseille-Paris and the Italian Corsa Nazionale. In that same year he also won the Concours de Tourisme du TCF, the first ever race to include the iconic Col du Tourmalet mountain pass.

Rodolfo Vantini was an Italian architect. He is remembered for his Neoclassical contributions to architecture in his native city of Brescia and in the surrounding regions of northern Italy. His masterpiece is the design of Milan's Porta Orientale customs offices.

Rodolfo Pio da Carpi was an Italian Cardinal, humanist and patron of the arts. The nephew of a diplomat, he himself became a diplomat by the age of thirty, and came to know both Emperor Charles V and King Francis of France, and he negotiated with both on behalf of the pope. His uncle, Alberto Pio da Carpi, had been educated by Pico della Mirandola, and had become a noted humanist scholar. These associations formed Rodolfo's background and education. He formed a notable library and participated in the humanist studies of 16th-century Rome; he also served on the Roman Inquisition. He helped to establish the Inquisition at Milan.
