Raúl Vicente Amarilla is a Paraguayan retired footballer who played as a striker. Born in Paraguay, he represented Spain internationally with the under-21 team.

Raul Mälk is an Estonian diplomat and a former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia. He was also head of the Estonian delegation for border negotiations with Russia from 1992 to 2005. Up to 2007 he was Chairman of the Board of International Centre for Defence Studies in Estonia.

Raúl Manuel Grijalva is an American politician and activist who serves as the U.S. Representative for Arizona's 3rd congressional district, serving since 2003. He is a member of the Democratic Party. The district, numbered as the 7th district from 2003 to 2013, includes the western third of Tucson, part of Yuma and Nogales, and some peripheral parts of metro Phoenix. He is the current dean of Arizona's congressional delegation.
