Oleg Viktorovich Seleznyov was a Russian politician. He served as the member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly as the representative for the executive authority of Adygea from 2017 until his death.

Oleg Anatolyevich Peshkov was a combat pilot in the Russian air force who was shot down by a Turkish fighter near the Syria-Turkey border on 24 November 2015. Although he initially survived bailing out of the plane with his parachute, he was shot while descending by militants on the ground.

Oleg Alexandrovich Maskayev is a Russian-American former professional boxer who competed from 1995 to 2013, and held the WBC heavyweight title from 2006 to 2008. He is one a few professional boxers to resume his amateur career after a professional debut in 1993.

Ali Bagov is a Russian mixed martial artist who competes in the Lightweight and Welterweight divisions of the Absolute Championship Akhmat (ACA). Fight Matrix has him ranked a top 10 lightweight in the world in August 2022.
