Miklós Kretzoi was a Hungarian geologist, paleontologist and paleoanthropologist and Széchenyi Prize winner.

Miklós Perényi is a Hungarian cellist. He was born in Budapest into a musical family and studied at the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest with Ede Banda and Enrico Mainardi. He continued his studies at the Accademia Santa Cecilia, graduating in 1962. In 1963 he won a prize at the Pablo Casals International Violoncello Competition in Budapest.

Miklos Porkolab (born March 24, 1939) is a Hungarian-American physicist specializing in plasma physics.

Miklós Dudás OSBM was a Hungarian Greek Catholic hierarch. He was bishop of the Hungarian Greek Catholic Eparchy of Hajdúdorog from 1939 to 1972, Apostolic Administrator of the Ruthenian Catholic Eparchy of Mukacheve from 1943 to 1946 and Apostolic Administrator of Apostolic Exarchate of Miskolc from 1946 to 1972.

Miklós Ybl was one of Europe's leading architects in the mid to late nineteenth century as well as Hungary's most influential architect during his career. His most well-known work is the Hungarian State Opera House in Budapest (1875–84).

Miklós Barabás was a Hungarian painter. He is mostly known for his portrait paintings, including a famous portrait of a young Franz Liszt, done in 1847 and an 1853 portrait of Emperor Franz Joseph I.
