Kiyohiko Toyama is a Japanese politician of the New Komeito Party, a member of the House of Councillors in the Diet. A native of Chiba, Chiba, he graduated from Soka University and received a Ph.D. in the study of peace from University of Bradford in the United Kingdom. He was elected to the House of Councillors for the first time in 2001.

Kiyohiko Ozaki (尾崎紀世彦),, of Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, was a Japanese singer. He was noted for his dynamic singing voice and splendid Sideburns. His nickname was "Kieyo".

Kiyohiko Shibukawa is a Japanese fashion model actor. He debuted as a model under the name Kee, but changed his name to "Kiyohiko Shibukawa" in 2006. He has appeared in more than 60 films since 1998.
