Graça Machel is a Mozambican politician and humanitarian. She is the widow of both former presidents of Mozambique and South Africa; Mozambican president Samora Machel and South African president Nelson Mandela. Machel is an international advocate for women's and children's rights and was made an honorary British Dame by Queen Elizabeth II in 1997 for her humanitarian work. She is the only woman in modern history to have served as First Lady of two countries, South Africa and Mozambique.

Maria da Graça Gregório de Freitas is a Portuguese physician and public health specialist who is the current Director-General of Health and inherently the chief medical officer and leading spokesperson on matters of public health in Portugal, since 2018. She has work published in the fields of vaccination, prevention and control of communicable diseases, public health emergencies, and health communication.

Graça Maria da Fonseca Caetano Gonçalves is a Portuguese politician who has served as Minister of Culture in the government of Prime Minister António Costa since 15 October 2018. Fonseca graduated with a law degree from the University of Lisbon, has a master's degree in economics from the University of Coimbra, and obtained a PhD in sociology from ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon. From 26 November 2015 to 15 October 2018, Fonseca served as Secretary of State Assistant and of Administrative Modernisation.

Graça Morais GOIH is a Portuguese artist. A member of the Academia Nacional de Belas-Artes of Portugal, she was made a Grand Officer of the Order of Prince Henry in 1997. She is married to the musician Pedro Caldeira Cabral.
