Elias Perkins was a United States Representative from Connecticut. He was born in Lisbon, Connecticut. He graduated from Yale College in 1786. Afterwards, he studied law and was admitted to the bar and commenced practice in New London, Connecticut.
Elias David Häusser
Elias David Häusser was a German-Danish architect working in the Baroque and Rococo styles. He is most known for designing the first Christiansborg Palace which was almost completely destroyed in a fire in 1794. Häusser is credited with introducing both those styles to Denmark.

He was appointed by President George Washington as Director of the United States Mint, serving from 1795 until 1805.
