Cirilo Saucedo Nájera, known as Cirilo Saucedo, is a former Mexican goalkeeper who last played for FC Juárez.

Cirilo R. Zayas was a Paraguayan composer and writer. He was born in Asunción, capital of Paraguay, on March 9, 1929 to Ramón Zayas and Ramona Román. His father was a lawyer, and also a musician who played the violin, guitar and flute. Zayas died in Asunción, Paraguay on September 19, 2001.

Cirilo R. Almario Jr. was a Roman Catholic bishop from the Philippines and was the second ordinary bishop of the Diocese of Malolos from December 15, 1977, until January 20, 1996.

Cirilo B. Flores was an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church who served as the bishop of the Diocese of San Diego in California, a position he held from September 18, 2013, until his death on September 6, 2014. He previously served as coadjutor bishop of San Diego from 2012 until 2013 and as auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Orange from 2009 until 2012.

Cirilo de Alameda y Brea O.F.M. Obs. was a cardinal of the Catholic Church. He was archbishop of Toledo 1857–1867.
