David Del Rio is an American actor, director, and producer who has appeared in stage productions such as Pitch Perfect and Grease: Live, and has previously directed several short films. He graduated from New World School of the Arts in Miami, Florida, in 2006, and afterward graduated from the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, School of Film and Television.

Samantha Buck and Marie Schlingmann are film writers and directors who have made five films together. Buck has also directed the documentary Best Kept Secret, and acted. They are best known for the 2019 film Sister Aimee.

Guillaume Gallienne is a French actor, screenwriter and film director. He has received two Molière Awards for his stagework and has won two César Awards, one for writing and the other for his performance in his autobiographical comedy film Me, Myself and Mum (2013).

Jean-Michel Ribes is a French playwright, screenwriter, theatre director, film maker and actor. Since 2002 he has been the managing director of the Théâtre du Rond-Point.

Oleg Gennadyevich Sentsov is a Ukrainian filmmaker, writer and activist from Crimea. As a filmmaker he shot his film in 2011 Gamer. Following the Russian annexation of Crimea he was arrested in Crimea in May 2014 and sentenced to 20 years' imprisonment by a Russian court in August 2015 on charges of plotting terrorism acts. The conviction was described as fabricated by Amnesty International and others. He was awarded the European Parliament’s Sakharov Prize in 2018. On 7 September 2019 he was released in a prisoner swap.

Edoardo Gabbriellini is an Italian actor, screenwriter, and director.

Vasanth Kumar Shivashankar Padukone, better known as Guru Dutt, was an Indian film director, producer and actor. He made 1950s and 1960s classics such as Pyaasa, Kaagaz Ke Phool, Sahib Bibi Aur Ghulam and Chaudhvin Ka Chand. In particular, Pyaasa and Kaagaz Ke Phool have been included among the greatest films of all time, Pyaasa by Time magazine's "All-TIME" 100 best movies list and by the 2002 Sight & Sound critics' and directors' poll, where Dutt himself is included among the greatest film directors of all time.
