Haralabos "Bob" Voulgaris is a Greek Canadian former professional gambler, primarily a sports bettor and current Director of Quantitative Research and Development for the Dallas Mavericks. Voulgaris was considered one of the most prolific NBA sports bettors in the world.

Dimitrios Voulgaris was a Greek revolutionary fighter during the Greek War of Independence of 1821 who became a politician after independence. He was nicknamed "Tsoumpes" (Τσουμπές) after the distinctive Ottoman-style robe he wore.

Petros Voulgaris was a Greek Admiral who served briefly as Prime Minister of Greece in 1945. He was famous for his role in suppressing the 1944 Greek naval mutiny and restoring the fleet to combat readiness, for which he was awarded the Commander's Cross of the Cross of Valour.
