Hüseyin Avni Pasha was an Ottoman governor-general and statesman. He was Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire from 15 February 1874 to 26 April 1875. He was killed by Çerkess Hassan the younger brother of Neşerek Kadın Efendi, who accused him of the murder of Ottoman Sultan Abdülaziz, on 15 June 1876 during a cabinet meeting of Ottoman Sultan Murad V at the residence of Midhat Pasha near Beyazıt in Fatih, Istanbul. The foreign affairs minister Mehmed Rashid Pasha was also killed in the attack.

Ahmet Tevfik Pasha, known as Ahmet Tevfik Okday after the Turkish Surname Law of 1934, was an Ottoman statesman of ethnic Crimean Tatar origin. He was the last Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire.

Topal Recep Pasha was an Ottoman statesman from the Sanjak of Bosnia, as well as Damat ("bridegroom") to the House of Osman. He served as the Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire from 10 February 1632 to 18 May 1632. He was instrumental in lynching the former grand vizier, Hafız Ahmet Pasha. When his brother-in-law Sultan Murad IV realized this, he had Recep Pasha executed on 18 May 1632.

Şemsi Ahmet Pasha also known as Chamsi-Pasha; was a prominent Ottoman statesman of Albanian origin who occupied numerous high-ranking political posts, serving at different stages as the Ottoman governor of Damascus, Rûm, Sivas, Anatolia and Rumelia, and subsequently succeeding Sokollu Mehmet Pasha as grand vizier of the Ottoman Empire in 1579.

Salih Hulusi Pasha, known as Salih Hulusi Kezrak after the Turkish Surname Law of 1934, was one of the last Grand Viziers of the Ottoman Empire, under the reign of the last Ottoman Sultan Mehmed VI, between 8 March 1920 and 2 April 1920. Since he had been unable to form a government, and as part of the chain of events following the occupation of Istanbul by the Allies, he was dismissed from office by the sultan under foreign pressure on 2 April. His dismissal was to be followed by the official closure of the Parliament itself on 5 April, thus putting an end to the Second Constitutional Era of the Ottoman Empire.
