Danny Greene
Daniel John Patrick Greene was an Irish American mobster and associate of the Cleveland mobster John Nardi's during the 1970s gang war for the city's criminal operations. Competing gangsters set off more than 36 bombs, most attached to cars, in murder attempts, many successful. Greene had gained power first in a local chapter of the International Longshoremen's Association, where he was elected president in the early 1960s. He pushed into Cleveland rackets and began competing with the Italian-American Mafia for control of the city. He set up his own group called the Celtic Club, complete with enforcers.
Maurice Greene
Maurice Greene is an American former track and field sprinter who competed in the 100 meters and 200 meters. He is a former 100 m world record holder with a time of 9.79 seconds. During the height of his career (1997–2004) he won four Olympic medals and was a five-time World Champion. This included three golds at the 1999 World Championships, a feat which had previously only been achieved by Carl Lewis and Michael Johnson and has since been equaled by three others.

Greene started her career as a naval architect before transitioning to the tech industry, where she was a founder and the CEO of VMware from 1998 until 2008. She later served on the board of Alphabet and as the CEO of Google Cloud from 2015 until early 2019. She also co-founded and was CEO of two startups, Bebop and VXtreme, which were acquired by Google and Microsoft, respectively.

Brian Greene
Brian Randolph Greene is an American theoretical physicist, mathematician, and string theorist. Greene was a physics professor at Cornell University from 1990-1995, and has been a professor at Columbia University since 1996 and chairman of the World Science Festival since co-founding it in 2008. Greene has worked on mirror symmetry, relating two different Calabi–Yau manifolds. He also described the flop transition, a mild form of topology change, showing that topology in string theory can change at the conifold point.

Leslie Kai Greene, better known as Kai Greene or Kai L. Greene, is an American retired professional bodybuilder, personal trainer, artist, and actor. He came in second place at the 2012, 2013, and 2014 editions of the IFBB's Mr. Olympia competition before seemingly retiring, and is often regarded as one of the best bodybuilders to have never won the competition.
Belle da Costa Greene
Belle da Costa Greene was the librarian to J. P. Morgan. After Morgan's death in 1913, Greene continued as librarian under his son, Jack Morgan. In 1924 the private collection was incorporated by the State of New York as a library for public uses, and the Board of Trustees appointed Greene first director of the Pierpont Morgan Library.
