Hans Hermann Schaufuß was a German actor. He appeared in more than one hundred films from 1922 to 1969. His sons were actors Hans Joachim Schaufuß and Peter-Timm Schaufuß.

Sultan al-Atrash,, commonly known as Sultan Pasha al-Atrash was a prominent Arab Druze leader, Syrian nationalist and Commander General of the Syrian Revolution (1925–27). He fought against the Ottomans and the French. One of the most influential figures in Syrian and Druze history, he played a major role in deciding the destiny of Jabal al-Druze and of Syria in general.

Charles Edwin "Charley" Ackerly was an American wrestler who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics. He was a 1920 graduate of Cornell University where he competed for the Cornell Big Red wrestling team under Coach Walter O'Connell. Ackerly was also a member of the Kappa Delta Rho fraternity and Sphinx Head Society.

Alf Erik Holger Crafoord was a Swedish industrialist and patron. He founded Gambro, which developed and commercialized the artificial kidney. He also established the Crafoord Foundation, the proceeds of which fund the Crafoord Prize for scientific research.

Karl Gunnar Malmquist was a Swedish astronomer.

Roy Webb (né Royden Denslow Webb; October 3, 1888 – December 10, 1982) was an American film music composer.
