Max Wallraf
Ludwig Theodor Ferdinand Max Wallraf was a German politician who served as mayor of Cologne from 1907 to 1917. He was State Minister of the Interior from 1917 to 1918. As a German National People's Party politician, he was a member of the Reichstag from 1924 to 1930 and briefly served as its President in 1924/25.
Ignacy Jan Paderewski
Ignacy Jan Paderewski was a Polish pianist and composer who became a spokesman for Polish independence. In 1919, he was the new nation's Prime Minister and foreign minister during which he signed the Treaty of Versailles, which ended World War I.

Mihkel Pung
Mihkel Pung was an Estonian politician and a former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia and Speaker of the National Council from 21 April 1938 to 5 July 1940. Pung was Minister of Finance in 1931. He was arrested during the Soviet invasion of Estonia and sent to Sevurallag, a Soviet gulag in Sverdlovsk Oblast. He died in imprisonment in 1941.

He was born in Saint Petersburg and was the younger brother of Red Navy leader Fedor Raskolnikov.
